Key Responsibilities:

Propósito del puesto

Implementar la ejecución de la programación técnica en el Programa de Área en coordinación con los especialistas técnicos, basado en los lineamientos de la Programación y Rendición de Cuenta, con el fin de asegurar el Bienestar de la Niñez.

 

Principales responsabilidades

  • Implementar metodologías y modelos enfocados en el bienestar de la niñez y adolescencia.
  • Coordinar actividades comunitarias junto a especialistas técnicos, instituciones gubernamentales, voluntariado y socios locales.
  • Garantizar la calidad y oportunidad de las comunicaciones relacionadas con programas de patrocinio.
  • Dar seguimiento a casos excepcionales relacionados con protección, salud y educación.
  • Gestionar procesos logísticos, microproyectos y actividades comunitarias.
  • Reclutar, capacitar y acompañar a voluntarios comunitarios.
  • Promover mecanismos de protección infantil, salvaguarda y participación comunitaria.
  • Contribuir a iniciativas de incidencia y fortalecimiento de redes comunitarias.

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Licenciatura en Trabajo Social, Sociología, Antropología Social, Psicología, Pedagogía, Agronomía, Administración o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en trabajo comunitario y aplicación de metodologías participativas con niños, niñas, adolescentes y adultos.

Conocimientos y habilidades

  • Planificación operativa y autogestión.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Trabajo en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Coordinación con voluntariado y actores comunitarios.
  • Facilitación de capacitaciones y eventos.
  • Resolución de conflictos.
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización y comunicación.
  • Licencia para conducir motocicleta.
