Key Responsibilities:



 

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Trabajo Social, Desarrollo Local, Ciencias Sociales o afines.
• Deseable formación en liderazgo, planificación estratégica o gestión de proyectos.

Experiencia

• Mínimo 3 años liderando equipos o coordinando proyectos.
• Experiencia en planificación operativa, seguimiento técnico y supervisión de personal.
• Coordinación con socios, donantes y gobiernos locales.

Habilidades

• Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y gestión por resultados.
• Planificación, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos sociales.
• Manejo de Microsoft 365 y Power BI.
•Elaboración de Informes técnicos
• Manejo de vehículos 4x4 y licencia vigente
